高二年書法施清悅
1.教學(xué)工作的總結(jié)(1)課堂教學(xué)總結(jié):
本人擔(dān)任了本學(xué)期高二年10個班級的《書法》模塊教學(xué)工作,完成《書法》18個學(xué)時的教學(xué)工作。高二年有10個教學(xué)班。其中文科班4個,理科班6個。學(xué)生人數(shù)六百余人左右。學(xué)生書法水平參差不齊。文科班的書法水平總體要好于理科班的書法水平。當(dāng)然,也有一部分理科班的學(xué)生的書法水平還是很優(yōu)秀的,基礎(chǔ)較好。在開展教學(xué)的過程中,有些學(xué)生能自覺地意識到學(xué)好書法的重要性并持之以恒地進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí),但仍有相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)生在學(xué)好書法上缺乏正確的認(rèn)識而導(dǎo)致學(xué)習(xí)積極性不足,學(xué)習(xí)效率低下。通過對基本筆畫的寫法的練習(xí),對字形結(jié)構(gòu)的分析掌握,大量臨帖的要求來力求讓學(xué)生在書法上能較其自己之前的水平有所進(jìn)步。(2)考核評價手段總結(jié):
通過平時作業(yè)的檢查,以及期中和期末的測試對于學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、掌握書法的情況進(jìn)行了考核和評價。
2.教學(xué)研究的計劃完成情況:
①校際、教研組、備課組教研活動:每周三1、2節(jié)參加教研組的教研活動。②公開教學(xué)、聽課、評課:
在本學(xué)期內(nèi)參與聽課評課活動,聽課節(jié)數(shù)20節(jié)。
201*年12月11日上午前往磁灶中學(xué)參加晉江市高中美術(shù)學(xué)科教學(xué)研討活動,觀摩了該校美術(shù)老師鄭榕萍的公開課《美術(shù)鑒賞:各異的風(fēng)土人情》。
在201*年12月17日[第十六周周三]上午第2節(jié)開設(shè)一堂公開課《美術(shù)鑒賞:戰(zhàn)爭與和平》(開課班級:高二5班)。3.課外興趣小組工作情況:
本學(xué)期由于美術(shù)室搬遷和修繕中,且高二年學(xué)生面臨會考,故未開展美術(shù)興趣小組活動。
4.繼續(xù)教育的計劃
在努力地領(lǐng)會教育部《普通高中課程方案(實驗)》和《普通高中美術(shù)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(實
驗)》,《福建省普通高中新課程美術(shù)學(xué)科教學(xué)實施指導(dǎo)意見》傳達(dá)的精神和指導(dǎo)思想的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對一些相關(guān)教學(xué)教輔書籍的學(xué)習(xí),更好地把握新課程改革的方向和目標(biāo),以利于在此基礎(chǔ)上開展自己的美術(shù)教學(xué)。此外加深對本學(xué)科知識如美術(shù)基礎(chǔ)理論、中外美術(shù)史、美學(xué)等;本學(xué)科技能;教育教學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論知識如教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)、學(xué)科教學(xué)法等的進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)。

本學(xué)期,本人擔(dān)任初三(1)、(2)班的英語教學(xué)工作,能夠愛崗敬業(yè),勤勤懇懇地工作。一個學(xué)期來,主要做了以下的工作
一、抓好學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)思想,提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量
1、以教書育人為本,對學(xué)生進(jìn)行品德的學(xué)習(xí)教育,特別是后進(jìn)生,關(guān)心他們的紀(jì)律和學(xué)習(xí)情況,鼓勵他們的學(xué)習(xí)。
2、貫徹學(xué)校班風(fēng)、學(xué)風(fēng)評比的要求,全面促進(jìn)學(xué)生的學(xué)態(tài)發(fā)展。重視學(xué)生的思想工作、學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)氣的培養(yǎng)、學(xué)習(xí)方法的指導(dǎo)以及學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成。
二、按照教學(xué)常規(guī)五個環(huán)節(jié)開展教學(xué)工作。
備課:課前認(rèn)真地備好每一節(jié)課,寫好教案。既備教材,又備學(xué)生,針對學(xué)生分析、概括、表達(dá)能力差的特點,設(shè)計好教學(xué)方法。譬如:(1)班的同學(xué)比較活躍,上課氣氛積極,相對(2)班有一定的中等生數(shù)量,但因班級的調(diào)整也出現(xiàn)了為數(shù)不少的差生。而(2)班的同學(xué)比較沉靜,雖然中上生有一部分,但差生比例較大,尤其偏向男生。因此,講得太深,就照顧不到整體。我在備課時就比較注意這種情況,每天都花費大量的時間在備課上,認(rèn)認(rèn)真真鉆研教材和教法,不滿意就不收工。雖然辛苦,但事實證明是值得的。一堂準(zhǔn)備充分的課,會令學(xué)生和老師都獲益不淺。另外,為使教學(xué)生動,不沉悶,我還自己準(zhǔn)備了大量的教具,或是請學(xué)生共同準(zhǔn)備,使其達(dá)到了間接的預(yù)習(xí)效果。上課:每天都保持飽滿的精神,讓學(xué)生感受到一種自然氣氛,認(rèn)真做好組織教學(xué),盡可能保證上課內(nèi)容豐富,現(xiàn)實,教態(tài)自然,講課生動,難易適中照顧全部,并且充分調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性,設(shè)法令學(xué)生投入,不讓其分心,讓學(xué)生多動手,多動口、,多動腦,讓課堂氣氛活躍起來,充分調(diào)動學(xué)生的主觀能動性,力圖讓學(xué)生學(xué)有所得,學(xué)有所樂。作業(yè)和輔導(dǎo):作業(yè)的布置適量,有針對性,重點放在遣詞造句、閱讀理解等;批改作業(yè)時多用贊美式、鼓勵性的語言予以評價。對學(xué)生的輔導(dǎo)方面,做到有耐心,有方法,因材施教,個別無心向?qū)W的學(xué)生,經(jīng)過一個學(xué)期的耐心教育,學(xué)習(xí)興趣明顯提高,成績也有較大的進(jìn)步。
三、模塊式教學(xué)
在教學(xué)過程中,將英語分成聽、說、讀、寫幾方面進(jìn)行教學(xué)1、聽:平時放錄音,讓學(xué)生跟錄音讀,訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的聽力,并且指導(dǎo)學(xué)生運用正確的聽力技巧進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,還找一些專題訓(xùn)練,進(jìn)一步提高學(xué)生的聽力。此外,還鼓勵學(xué)生收看較能接受的英語電視節(jié)目、影片,或者多聽聽英文歌甚至學(xué)唱英文歌。2、說:充分利用早讀,按課程進(jìn)度及課堂的需要,認(rèn)真安排每天早讀負(fù)責(zé)帶讀的學(xué)生及指導(dǎo)帶讀內(nèi)容,堅持下班了解早讀情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時糾正。鼓勵學(xué)生大膽且大聲讀書,多說英語;課堂上,訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的口語能力提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣;課后,分層次布置一定量的口語作業(yè),使其進(jìn)行更有效的口語操練。3、讀:讀方面主要是提高學(xué)生的閱讀能力,先教會學(xué)生怎樣做這些題目,即教授閱讀技巧。平時每周以每個話題為內(nèi)容發(fā)一份試題,作為專門訓(xùn)練。并建議及指導(dǎo)基礎(chǔ)較好的學(xué)生進(jìn)行定時定量的閱讀訓(xùn)練。4、寫:作文教學(xué)主要傳授寫作方法,要求學(xué)生應(yīng)寫真情實感的東西,強(qiáng)調(diào)字?jǐn)?shù)和書寫這些硬件要求。平時提倡學(xué)生利用時間用英語寫一些簡短的日記,以此夯實自己正確拼寫單詞,準(zhǔn)確使用詞組、短語來造句表文的基本功,從而提高其綜合運用知識的能力、寫:作文教學(xué)主要傳授寫作方法,要求學(xué)生應(yīng)寫真情實感的東西,強(qiáng)調(diào)字?jǐn)?shù)和書寫這些硬件要求。平時提倡學(xué)生利用時間用英語寫一些簡短的日記,以此夯實自己正確拼寫單詞,準(zhǔn)確使用詞組、短語來造句表文的基本功,從而提高其綜合運用知識的能力。
四、其他方面
1、把握教學(xué)進(jìn)度,合理安排時間,與各科任老師互相配合,統(tǒng)一教學(xué)法進(jìn)度,順利完成了本期的教學(xué)任務(wù)。積極配合學(xué)校及年段的工作,與各科教師多聯(lián)系,溝通,互相促進(jìn)學(xué)生英語等各科的學(xué)習(xí)。
2、認(rèn)真輔導(dǎo)、組織學(xué)生參加了本學(xué)期學(xué)校舉行的英語競賽活動,并且取得了良好成績。
