從初三開(kāi)始,汽車(chē)站的客流逐日加大,其中南下客流增加最為明顯,大年初三至初十,車(chē)站南下廣東省加班共計(jì)88趟次,迎來(lái)節(jié)后客流高峰。
節(jié)前由于運(yùn)力準(zhǔn)備充足,汽車(chē)站未曾出現(xiàn)一例旅客滯留現(xiàn)象。為積極應(yīng)對(duì)此次南下客流高峰,車(chē)站增設(shè)了臨時(shí)售票窗口,并延長(zhǎng)售票時(shí)間和車(chē)票預(yù)售期;為維護(hù)好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)秩序,做好旅客的組織和加班工作,站務(wù)人員從早到晚全部奮戰(zhàn)在運(yùn)輸一線,機(jī)關(guān)各科室也全部停止輪休,隨時(shí)待命,綜治辦工作人員堅(jiān)守各自劃分的區(qū)域,及時(shí)維護(hù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)秩序,做好進(jìn)站上車(chē)、排隊(duì)候車(chē)的疏導(dǎo)和組織工作,同時(shí)與站務(wù)工作人員緊密配合,全天候在售票廳、候車(chē)室和站場(chǎng)內(nèi)巡邏巡查,打擊不法分子的渾水摸魚(yú)。在安全上,車(chē)隊(duì)、車(chē)站加強(qiáng)源頭管理,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行“三不進(jìn)站、五不出站”制度和車(chē)輛安檢報(bào)班及“三品”過(guò)機(jī)、開(kāi)包檢查制度,并增加現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理人員,確保了旅客的安全出行。為及時(shí)疏運(yùn)旅客,生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)部門(mén)、車(chē)隊(duì)調(diào)集各方面力量,緊密協(xié)調(diào),組織好運(yùn)力,根據(jù)客流情況適時(shí)開(kāi)展加班包車(chē),并提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)。與此同時(shí),總公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和分公司負(fù)責(zé)人也親臨現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指導(dǎo)疏運(yùn)工作。

汽車(chē)西站服務(wù)用心,旅客歡心
初二開(kāi)始,西站的客流開(kāi)始激增。大清早車(chē)站后勤人員就在食堂煮好了紅糖姜茶。在候車(chē)室,工作人員給在此候車(chē)的旅客們送上一杯杯暖暖的免費(fèi)姜茶。
從正月初三開(kāi)始直至正月二十一,車(chē)站開(kāi)通了南下廣東的班車(chē),截止到正月十二,車(chē)站共發(fā)送了南下班車(chē)25趟。為免去乘客大老遠(yuǎn)的趕到車(chē)站乘車(chē)的繁瑣,為旅客們提供更大的方便,車(chē)站實(shí)行班車(chē)下鄉(xiāng)接客的模式,主要是花石和青山橋兩個(gè)農(nóng)村站點(diǎn),車(chē)站特意安排專(zhuān)門(mén)的工作人員在設(shè)定的站點(diǎn)值班,提前安排好旅客們候車(chē)的地點(diǎn),維護(hù)好旅客們排隊(duì)上車(chē)的秩序。西站發(fā)車(chē)的時(shí)間是晚上7點(diǎn)10分,過(guò)來(lái)乘車(chē)的旅客都到的比較早,晚上的天氣又比較寒冷,車(chē)站特意安排旅客們?cè)跁?huì)議室候車(chē),打開(kāi)空調(diào)、準(zhǔn)備好熱茶水,讓旅客們安心在此等待車(chē)輛的到來(lái)。直到把每個(gè)車(chē)站內(nèi)所有的旅客送到車(chē)上后,這時(shí)我們的工作人員才安心回家休息。(汽運(yùn)總公司春運(yùn)辦)
沅陵汽車(chē)站從容應(yīng)對(duì)春運(yùn)客流高峰
沅陵地處湘西,是名副其實(shí)的務(wù)工大縣,加之不通火車(chē),旅客出行全靠公路運(yùn)輸。春節(jié)黃金周期間,探親流、民工流、旅游流相互疊加,客流高度集中達(dá)到春運(yùn)頂峰;尤其是初六、初八、初十,沅陵汽車(chē)站日發(fā)旅客量由平時(shí)的3000人增加到8480余人。該站為確保旅客走得好、走得了、走得舒心,采取各種措施做好旅客售票、候車(chē)服務(wù)、檢票上車(chē)等工作:一是提前做好運(yùn)力的預(yù)計(jì)和調(diào)配,使車(chē)站運(yùn)力的得到有力保障;二是通過(guò)沅陵電視臺(tái)字幕、沅陵新聞網(wǎng)及懷化運(yùn)管網(wǎng)每天公布開(kāi)班及預(yù)售票信息;三是采取提前十天預(yù)售、增加臨時(shí)售票點(diǎn)、電話預(yù)約訂票等方式緩解售票壓力,避免售票、候車(chē)、上車(chē)客流交叉;四是車(chē)站提供以“小背簍”為特色的優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù),照顧老弱病殘?jiān)械戎攸c(diǎn)旅客,引導(dǎo)旅客售票、行包托運(yùn)、候車(chē)、上車(chē),讓旅客進(jìn)站有舒適感、安全感;此外還抽調(diào)當(dāng)?shù)匚渚、公安干警協(xié)助車(chē)站治安秩序,旅客從進(jìn)站到出站進(jìn)行得緊張、平穩(wěn)、有序。(汽車(chē)站)
常德總站細(xì)心照料患病旅客
初九上午十點(diǎn)多鐘,常德汽車(chē)總站短途候車(chē)室“三品”檢查員湯志花匆匆忙忙地跑到車(chē)站辦公室報(bào)告,說(shuō)候車(chē)室有一名旅客暈倒了。工作人員立即趕到候車(chē)室,只見(jiàn)一名學(xué)生狀模樣的男孩撲倒在地上,嘴角滲出了好多血水,身體還不停的在抽搐著,身邊又沒(méi)有其他的同伴。工作人員立即撥打120急救電話,并通過(guò)男孩手機(jī)聯(lián)系到他的家人。知道他患有急性癲癇病后,工作人員端來(lái)熱開(kāi)水,買(mǎi)來(lái)熱面包,精心照顧男孩直到他蘇醒,又替他買(mǎi)到縣的車(chē)票,送他上車(chē),并叮囑乘務(wù)員一路小心照顧。下午1點(diǎn)左右,男孩的父親來(lái)電感謝車(chē)站工作人員的愛(ài)心服務(wù)。(短途客運(yùn)站)
衡陽(yáng)中心汽車(chē)站沉著應(yīng)對(duì)客流高峰
春運(yùn)高峰期間,衡汽集團(tuán)衡陽(yáng)中心汽車(chē)站全體員工發(fā)揚(yáng)團(tuán)結(jié)拼搏精神,沉著應(yīng)對(duì),及時(shí)為旅客排憂(yōu)解難,做到了讓廣大旅客快捷、舒適、平安出行。
針對(duì)旅客入廁難的問(wèn)題,車(chē)站及時(shí)在15號(hào)檢票口處新建了一所衛(wèi)生間,原來(lái)的衛(wèi)生間不到20個(gè)蹲位,且下水道經(jīng)常堵塞,給旅客造成不便。投入使用的新衛(wèi)生間增至50個(gè)蹲位,及時(shí)滿(mǎn)足廣大旅客的需求。
服務(wù)侯車(chē),溫暖如春,開(kāi)水供應(yīng)、廣播、問(wèn)詢(xún)等服務(wù)項(xiàng)目周全,“小蜜蜂”服務(wù)班成員推著服務(wù)車(chē)穿梭在旅客中間,隨時(shí)為旅客服務(wù)。
客流高峰期,車(chē)站始終秩序井然,旅客排隊(duì)上車(chē)有條不紊,各部門(mén)及班組銜接得當(dāng)。對(duì)晚點(diǎn)的車(chē)輛,車(chē)站及時(shí)向旅客播報(bào)晚點(diǎn)原因及到達(dá)時(shí)間。運(yùn)力組織上,該站精心組織,科學(xué)調(diào)度,及時(shí)加班,密度大的班線采取滾動(dòng)發(fā)班的方式,安全及時(shí)運(yùn)送旅客,減少旅客候車(chē)時(shí)間。車(chē)站根據(jù)旅客流向增開(kāi)杭州、上海、貴陽(yáng)、深圳、荊州、贛州、南京等跨省長(zhǎng)途加班車(chē)。
在全體員工的共同努力下,至元月22日,該站發(fā)送旅客共19萬(wàn)多人次,比去年同期增加14000人,招攬營(yíng)收同比去年增加約210多萬(wàn)元。節(jié)后,中心汽車(chē)站客流高峰迭起,僅正月初八這天,共發(fā)送旅客近2萬(wàn)人,招攬收入達(dá)到190多萬(wàn),創(chuàng)下歷年來(lái)春運(yùn)日營(yíng)收最高紀(jì)錄。從節(jié)后,中心汽車(chē)站累計(jì)發(fā)班4773個(gè),安全發(fā)送旅客共12萬(wàn)多人,無(wú)一起重大服務(wù)質(zhì)量投訴事件,龍年喜贏開(kāi)門(mén)紅。
2月8日下午3時(shí),邵東汽車(chē)西站售票大廳里站滿(mǎn)了排隊(duì)購(gòu)票的旅客。這時(shí)一名30多歲的男子醉熏熏地強(qiáng)行插隊(duì)來(lái)到了3號(hào)售票窗口要購(gòu)票。被插隊(duì)的旅客敢怒不敢言。3號(hào)窗口售票員曾娟輝見(jiàn)這名男子插隊(duì),就微笑著勸阻:“請(qǐng)您到后面排除購(gòu)票好嗎?”這名醉酒男子見(jiàn)售票員不賣(mài)票給他,就用拳頭猛擊窗口,對(duì)小曾一頓辱罵。小曾秉著文明禮儀服務(wù)的職業(yè)操守,以禮相待,好言安慰。為不影響工作,小曾請(qǐng)警務(wù)室的民警為他酲酒。在委屈面前,仍然有條不紊地工作。后有旅客問(wèn)他:“你真能忍?”小曾說(shuō):“我們干服務(wù)行業(yè)的,不明不白的委屈經(jīng)常有,受點(diǎn)委屈不算啥,只要旅客滿(mǎn)意就行!边@名旅客贊許地說(shuō):“若評(píng)最佳服務(wù)員,我投你一票!”(汽車(chē)西站)

大年三十,因?yàn)樘鞖怙h雪,岳陽(yáng)汽車(chē)站部分回程車(chē)輛不能及時(shí)應(yīng)班!八{(lán)絲帶”禮儀問(wèn)詢(xún)服務(wù)臺(tái)擠滿(mǎn)了焦躁不安的旅客,有的人是來(lái)質(zhì)問(wèn)的,有的人是來(lái)討茶喝的班長(zhǎng)蔡玲玲與姐妹們一邊笑容滿(mǎn)面回答大家的提問(wèn),一邊馬不停蹄地一壺接著一壺?zé)撬,但服?wù)臺(tái)的四個(gè)開(kāi)水瓶仍滿(mǎn)足不了旅客的需求,蔡班長(zhǎng)只好動(dòng)員驗(yàn)票班姐妹燒開(kāi)水,由于進(jìn)進(jìn)出出的旅客多,造成地面濕滑,由于她惶急火急,重重地摔在了地面上,她顧不得疼痛,從地上爬起來(lái),雖然行動(dòng)緩慢了,但她依然帶著“招牌式”的笑容投入到工作中去。這時(shí)一位年輕婦女抱著還在襁褓中的嫩毛坨笑瞇瞇湊到李燕的身邊小心翼翼地問(wèn),請(qǐng)問(wèn)我可以坐進(jìn)來(lái)?yè)Q下尿布嗎?小李點(diǎn)點(diǎn)頭,連忙給她倒了一杯姜糖水放在服務(wù)臺(tái)上,她笑著說(shuō),換完尿布再喝杯水暖暖身子吧!又有人湊上來(lái)問(wèn)詢(xún)了,她又歡快地踏著小碎步連忙迎了上去。

1、元月8日,懷化汽車(chē)南站小辣椒服務(wù)員皮強(qiáng)英在三品進(jìn)站口的導(dǎo)乘崗拾到一個(gè)黑色背包,里面有數(shù)碼照相機(jī)、mp5、衣服、化妝品等,價(jià)值四千多元,經(jīng)過(guò)多方尋找,終完璧歸趙。
2、2月8日邵東西站保安人員,接到旅客報(bào)案,稱(chēng)安監(jiān)時(shí)丟失挎包。通過(guò)查監(jiān)控、查候車(chē)路線,終于找到順手拿手挎包的旅客,幫失主找回丟失的財(cái)物。
3、春運(yùn)期間,汽車(chē)站工會(huì)沈主席和值班主任王瑛接一位北方旅客報(bào)案稱(chēng)丟失手提電腦。經(jīng)過(guò)在候車(chē)室、洗手間等旅客有可能去的地方尋找,終于在車(chē)上行李架的角落里找到,完好交與旅客。
4、1月18日中午,汽車(chē)總站收到感謝信,表?yè)P(yáng)車(chē)站工作人員黃建鋼為旅客尋找到丟失錢(qián)包和證件。
