我深知自己扮演的是一個承上啟下,協(xié)調左右的角色。每天做的也都是些瑣碎的工作,盡快的理順關系投入到工作中去是我重要的任務,全力配合好經理日常工作是我的職責,這就要求我工作意識要強,工作態(tài)度要端正,工作效率要快,力求周全。我每天的職責是:1、落實經理下達的各項指示,管理好所屬員工。2、監(jiān)督服務員為客人服務,組織員工現場調配,確保服務質量。3、檢查下屬服務員的儀容儀表、禮節(jié)禮貌、工作態(tài)度,并帶領下屬員工做好衛(wèi)生清潔,嚴格記錄本班員工考勤。4、負責服務所需的物品領用,填寫領用單交保管。5、每日開好班前例會,傳達本店及各部門的指示及通知,總結上個班次工作情況及注意事項,提出各崗位的服務要求。6、對所屬區(qū)域的設備設施經常檢查,確保經營區(qū)的設施、設備保證良好的狀態(tài)。
我們的服務就是體現在人性化服務,要精益求精,為客人營造出一種在家的感覺。我現所擁有的經驗還較少,前面還有很多的東西要等著我學習。工作中有時也難免會出現失誤之處,出現的問題我會引以為戒,在今后的工作中要再接再厲。
