第五篇：辦公室部員關(guān)于英語演講名人模仿秀大賽計(jì)劃

辦公室部員關(guān)于英語演講名人模仿秀大賽計(jì)劃 由校團(tuán)委主辦、外國語學(xué)院承辦的**工學(xué)院第九屆英語文化節(jié)英文演講名人模仿秀大賽將在枚乘路校區(qū)yfj0102教室舉行。我們辦公室部門為了使大賽能夠順利進(jìn)行，現(xiàn)將工作分配如下：

（一）宣傳工作

在辦公室主任的帶領(lǐng)下，首先由各部員對(duì)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行了解，包括部員對(duì)此活動(dòng)開展的意義，在內(nèi)部成員熟悉活動(dòng)價(jià)值的前提下，逐步對(duì)各班級(jí)進(jìn)行活動(dòng)宣傳。

在宣傳過程中，要不斷強(qiáng)調(diào)活動(dòng)的意義以及其對(duì)個(gè)人、對(duì)班級(jí)榮譽(yù)的體現(xiàn)。由于它是一個(gè)需要較強(qiáng)英語功底的活動(dòng)，大部分人對(duì)這種非娛樂性的活動(dòng)提不起興趣，所以在宣傳的時(shí)候可以適當(dāng)?shù)奶嵋惶嶙约旱囊庖�，提高大家的積極性。

（二）組織工作

辦公室部員分成兩組：

第一組：曹思、肖妍、陸維維、李亞偉、李翔

第二組：周穎、徐佳云、王菊、蔡晨姣、夏威毅、周晨凱 在辦公室主任帶領(lǐng)下以樓層為單位逐個(gè)宣傳。

其中每組分工：2人講臺(tái)上具體宣傳，2-3人負(fù)責(zé)將活動(dòng)主要內(nèi)容、聯(lián)系方式等寫在黑板上，1人負(fù)責(zé)單獨(dú)將細(xì)節(jié)注意點(diǎn)告知班長(zhǎng)，讓班長(zhǎng)做近一步宣傳。

（三）選拔工作

由于這是全校性的比賽，所以只要選出1-2個(gè)人代表學(xué)院參賽，辦公室特此舉辦小型院內(nèi)選拔，地點(diǎn)22208.時(shí)間周六上午8：30.

比賽流程:

抽簽——自我介紹——按抽簽次序演講——評(píng)委提問——綜合評(píng)定

（四）注意事項(xiàng)

1.事先詢問參賽選手時(shí)間安排，盡量不發(fā)生時(shí)間沖突

2.比賽前短信提醒 ，確保參賽人員準(zhǔn)時(shí)到齊

3.賽后衛(wèi)生、桌椅的擺放
